Welcome to SPAN. By creating an account or using the SPAN app ("Service") you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SPAN.
Quick version: Be respectful. No nudity, sexual content, hate speech, harassment, threats, or illegal activity. Violations result in immediate content removal and may lead to permanent account termination.
1. Who Can Use SPAN
- You must be at least 17 years old to use SPAN.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone else.
2. Community Guidelines — Prohibited Content & Behaviour
The following are strictly forbidden anywhere on SPAN, including posts, comments, chat messages, profile bios, service listings, and reviews:
Sexual & Adult Content
- Nudity, sexually explicit images, or pornographic content of any kind.
- Sexual solicitation, escort services, or sexual propositions.
- Any sexual content involving minors. This is reported to authorities immediately.
Hateful & Discriminatory Content
- Slurs or insults targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
- Content promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination against any group.
Harassment, Threats & Violence
- Threats of violence, physical harm, or death directed at any person.
- Bullying, stalking, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact.
- Revealing another person's private information ("doxxing").
- Content promoting self-harm or suicide.
Illegal Activity
- Offering or requesting services that are illegal in the user's jurisdiction.
- Sale of weapons, drugs, stolen goods, or counterfeit items.
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
Spam & Abuse of the Platform
- Unsolicited advertising, repetitive posts, or off-platform solicitation.
- Automated accounts, scraping, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
- Creating fake accounts, fake reviews, or multiple accounts to evade bans.
3. Content Filtering & Moderation
SPAN uses an automated keyword filter to block the most common forms of prohibited content before it is published. In addition:
- Every user can report any post, comment, message, or profile.
- Every user can block any other user, instantly hiding all their content and preventing further contact.
- Our moderation team reviews every report. We act on confirmed violations within 24 hours.
- Consequences range from content removal, to temporary suspension, to permanent account termination depending on severity and history.
4. Bookings & Payments
SPAN connects clients with service providers. All payments for services are arranged directly between the client and provider using whatever method the provider accepts. SPAN does not process, hold, or guarantee any payment, and is not a party to any transaction.
5. Identity Verification
Identity verification (ID + selfie) is optional. When submitted, documents are reviewed manually by our team within 1–2 business days and then deleted or retained only as needed for fraud prevention. Submitting forged documents is grounds for permanent termination.
6. User-Generated Content — Your Responsibilities
- You retain ownership of content you post. You grant SPAN a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it within the Service.
- You are solely responsible for content you post and confirm you have the right to post it.
- You agree not to post anything that violates Section 2 (Community Guidelines).
- SPAN reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account at its sole discretion.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. SPAN may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, with or without notice.
8. Disclaimers
SPAN is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers, nor the truthfulness of listings, reviews, or user profiles. Arrange bookings and meet other users at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPAN and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

To report objectionable content or abusive users, use the Report button in the app, or email us at support@span.it.com. We respond to every report within 24 hours.
