Yes — and always will be. SPAN's core features are free by design, not as a promotion. No subscription, no commission, no hidden fees.

SPAN is built for freelancers and microbusinesses — barbers, designers, plumbers, photographers, tutors, and anyone who works independently. Seekers (people looking to hire) are also welcome.

How do bookings work on SPAN?

Clients request a time through your profile. You receive a notification, confirm or suggest another time, and the booking is locked in. No back-and-forth on WhatsApp.

How do payments work on SPAN?

Payment is handled directly between you and the provider. You can pay in cash or by any method the provider accepts — SPAN does not process payments.

Do I need technical skills to use SPAN?

Not at all. You can set up your SPAN profile in under 5 minutes with no technical knowledge required.

Is SPAN available outside Lebanon?

SPAN is launching in Lebanon first. Expansion is planned — stay tuned.

How do I report a problem or abusive user on SPAN?

Use the Report button on any profile, post, or message directly in the app. Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours.

Is the SPAN app available now?

Yes — SPAN is available on the App Store for iPhone. Search for "SPAN for Freelancers" or download it directly from https://apps.apple.com/us/app/span-for-freelancers/id6762391831. Android is coming soon.
